Production

From the confirmation of your order, please allow 1 to 2 business weeks for the production and preparation of your piece.

This period corresponds exclusively to the time required for the creation of your order and does not include delivery time.

Delivery

Once production is complete, your order is entrusted to the carrier. The delivery time only begins from this moment.

From shipment, please generally allow 2 to 4 business days to receive your order, depending on the destination country.

To summarize:

Production: 1 to 2 business weeks
Then delivery: 2 to 4 business days

You will receive a confirmation email and your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
